For the implementation of the GDPR, we selected ditpro GmbH as an external service provider. To this end, we conducted a basic check in the form of a one-day workshop at our company with Ms. Carina Thomas from ditpro, who is responsible for data protection. In this basic check, the status of the most important aspects of data protection was purposefully analyzed and documented.
The resulting document provides a very good basis for the next implementation steps. It is particularly worth emphasizing that the basic check focused on the most urgent points of implementation without claiming to be a comprehensive analysis. The implementation of the guidelines is understood as a process in which tasks are addressed step-by-step according to their priority. In our opinion, this approach proves to be especially practical for small and medium-sized enterprises.
